At Magic Journey Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality digital resources, personalised planning services, and carefully curated travel products. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities under UK consumer protection law.

1. Digital Products (Guides, Downloads, Checklists)

All sales of digital products are final.
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
This is in line with UK consumer law, which excludes refunds for digital content once it has been supplied and accessed.

2. Planning Services (Consultations, Itineraries, Concierge)

Our planning services are personalised to each customer. Because of this, they are exempt from the usual "14-day cooling-off period" under UK consumer law.
Refunds are not provided once planning has begun, as significant time and expertise is invested in tailoring your plan.
If you cancel within 24 hours of booking and before any work has started, we may, at our discretion, offer a full or partial refund.

3. Physical Goods (Dropshipping Store Items)

For physical items purchased through our online store (e.g. travel accessories), your statutory consumer rights apply.
You have the right to return most goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. face coverings, water bottles, personal-use items).
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If a physical product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@magicjourney.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or refund in compliance with UK law.
